The church has a long and interesting history. The first mass was held on the site in 1858 and the church itself is more than 100 years old. It is one of the best examples of Gothic Revival style in Australia and is certainly one of this country's most beautiful churches, We have chosen it for our wedding ceremony as it holds a special place in Juliana's childhoos. It is where she was first baptised.
